Our family went to Tokyo, Japan mostly to visit Disneyland and Disneysea. This was the first trip that involved long flight (about 7-9 hours flight from Jakarta to Tokyo). At first, I was a bit worried of little Sasya's well being. Luckily during the whole trip, Sasya was not sick.
However, it was a surprised to us that on the first day we arrived in Tokyo, there was a plane crash in Tokyo Narita Airport. As a result, we landed in another city called Nagoya (if I am not wrong). So, we wasted ONE whole day (it took about 10 hours by train and taxi to go to Tokyo - so basically, the total trip to Tokyo lasted about 20 hours!!!). It was so tiring...
The whole trip was okay. Sasya had a chance to meet lots of Disney characters in Disneyland (Ariel Little Mermaid, Prince Erik in the Little Mermaid, Genie in Aladdin, Mickey and Minnie too). She did not cry when she met them. She also had a chance to see Sakura for the first time (as I did).
In Tokyo, it was so cold even though it was spring time (you can see Sasya was always being wrapped in her bulky jacket). When Sasya went back to Jakarta, she developed feverish, diarea, and flu. I guess the trip was too overwhelming for her as we went out every single day (mostly from morning till late afternoon).
But, I am glad that we have spent time together as a family. Until now Sasya still has diarea and flu. I hope she recover soon.
